Perlis, Dec 21 –

A significant initiative by Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek, in collaboration with the Didik Negara Foundation, has created remarkable opportunities for Tamil school students in Perlis, specifically those at the Kangar Tamil School. This effort not only enhances students’ digital literacy skills but also paves the way for a more equitable educational future.

As part of this initiative, every student at the school will be provided with a laptop, a critical move for smaller schools like Kangar Tamil School. This ensures that all students, regardless of prior experiences, gain access to global standards of digital education, which is an essential component of modern learning systems.

Fadhlina’s dedication to promoting the educational rights of Tamil schools has had a profound impact on the nation’s educational growth.

As the only Tamil school in Perlis, Kangar Tamil School is delighted to see increasing student enrollment and improved facilities, thanks to government support, non-governmental organizations, and the local community. With continued support from all stakeholders, we can remain committed to providing quality education to children, especially those from rural areas, without regard to their background.
